Aubergine, teriyaki, sriacha, lime, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red cabbage, spring onion, sesame oil, peanuts, flour, yeast
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
These timings are a guide only. Can heat from frozen.
1. Bao Bun: Place bun into steamer & over a pot of simmering water (just enough water so that it doesn’t touch steaming
basket). Cover with lid. Steam for 5 – 8 mins, or until bun is soft and hot all the way through (not suitable for microwave).
2. Aubergine: Microwave for 4-5 min, stirring halfway through heating time.
3. Cabbage & spring onion: Allow to defrost or pop into microwave for 1-2 mins. 4. Fill your bao bun with the aubergine, spring onion, pickled cabbage and peanuts.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Eat Hot! Garnish with freshly chopped coriander, mint and sesame seeds.
