HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Appliances may vary. These timings are a guide only. Can heat from frozen.
Microwave: Remove lid. Heat on high for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway. If defrosted heat for 3-4 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid and heat in oven for 50 – 60 minutes, or until hot. If defrosted, cook for 25 – 35 minutes. Give curry a stir halfway through cooking time.
Serving Suggestion: Eat hot! Garnish with extra coriander, chopped cashew nuts, rice and your choice of saambals
