MICROWAVE: Remove from container & into microwavable dish. Heat on high for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring halfway. If defrosted heat for 3 – 4 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180’C. Remove lid and heat for 50 – 60 minutes, or until hot. If defrosted, cook for 25 – 35 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Serving Suggestions: Eat hot! Garnish with extra coriander and chopped cashew nuts. Serve with rice or naan bread and sambals of your choice
