HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: These timings are a guide only. Heat from frozen.
STEAM: Line steamer with parchment paper. Place Dim Sum into steamer over a pot of simmering water (just enough water so that it doesn’t touch the steaming basket). Cover with lid. Steam for 5 – 7 mins, or until filling is heated through.
OPTIONAL: Heat frying pan with a touch of oil. Fry the base of dim sum for 1 – 2 mins, or until golden.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with your choice of side, salad and Hoeked sauce. Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
