INGREDIENTS: Butternut, Onion, Garlic, Coconut Milk, Vegetable Stock, Curry Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Maple Syrup, Olive Oil Blend, Salt, Pepper, Pumpkin Seeds
MICROWAVE: Remove lid. Heat in microwave for 4-6 minutes, stirring halfway. If defrosted, heat for 2-3 minutes, or until hot! STOVE TOP: Allow to defrost. Pour soup into a pot. Heat slowly, stirring intermittently. Bring soup to a gentle simmer.
Serving Suggestion: Eat hot! Top with a drizzle of coconut cream, pumpkin seeds and a crack of pepper. Serve with toasted french loaf.
