INGREDIENTS: Quinoa, bulgar wheat, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, almonds, preserved lemon, parsley, mint, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Appliances may vary. These timings are a guide only. Can heat from frozen. 

MICROWAVE: Remove from container and place in a heat proof dish. Heat in microwave for 3 – 4 minutes, stirring halfway. If defrosted, heat for 1-2 minutes.

Serving Suggestions: Garnish with roughly chopped fresh herbs, a drizzle with olive oil and a crack of black pepper. Eat warm or at room temperature.
